Visiting the Area. Either on a viewing trip or make your own arrangements, you choose, we are happy to look after you either way. A viewing trip is a very effective, informative and professional way to choose your home in Spain. There are three destination viewing areas to choose from: 1. Costa Blanca North, 2. Costa Blanca South and Costa Calida, 3. Costa Almeria. Your budget may determine your choice, for example Costa Blanca North is more expensive than Costa Blanca South. You will see a very wide range of properties new and resale that will suit your needs and desires. A short, enjoyable and informative drive will bring you to your hotel. Our sales associates will advise you of your viewing itinerary. We offer regular departures to Spain from most major airports. You will have time to view these properties, shortlist and revisit to make a final selection. Our offices in Spain are at your disposal and legal and financial advice will be available during your trip.

Your Inspection Visit

Day 1
Depart UK, arrive at convenient Spanish airport. Transfer to hotel. Depending on timings, possible tour of area and some property viewing. |

Viewing of properties. Evening at Spanish Restaurant. |

Day 4
Assuming choice of property made, then holding deposit paid and assistance given with visiting solicitor, arranging mortgage, opening bank accounts, etc. Transfer to airport and return to UK. |

Our sales staff are English and all conversation with lawyers and mortgage advisors are in English so don’t worry! We promise no sales pressure just helpful and knowledgeable staff.

If I take a property viewing visit will I be under pressure to buy?
We can promise you that you will not feel under any obligation to purchase a home. As we subsidise these visits all we ask is that, should you find your ideal home in the sun, you are in a position to proceed. We will show you all that Spain has to offer such as golf courses, marinas, beaches, villages and towns and lovely restaurants. Frankly, Spain will sell itself to you.
